What happened to ANI?
-generics business is very tough even the gov’t encourages competition —- generics stocks are awful this year. Look at LCI
-they royally f’ed up the Cort filing; we assumed the team was good when in fact they sucked
-MNK travails are a new headwind for Cort
-MNK Will have a competitive response either way
