You missed the point, the run up was on the merger news and subsequent pump of the merger happening, the tweets reiterated that the news wasnt coming til October that would be the issue.

For instance if the tweet said buyer beware reports out in 2 weeks, then it would not have mattered and would have been pumped into the release of the report.

But since it was October there was no reason to keep it going for that long, people lock in profits, go to the next pump, let the price slide here so they can buy back in lower when it will be time to push this into the release of the report in October
