I think people wanted a hint of resolution about the TCA issue but none was mentioned. I guess that was a final straw for some people.

Looks like they 5x their revenues with the acquisition but doesn’t matter as they showing more losses. If they tightened their belts for one quarter to show even a small profit, then this would probably go 10x in a blink as it is market capped at less than $1m now. .. could they even do enough cutting to get to profitability. .. don’t know enough. ... it’s an interesting situation. .. I don’t think the RS was helpful in attracting new investors. It only served to lower the volume. Not sure this CEO didn’t know that and what if any real intentions there were for doing that. Seems stupid if not uplisting.
