I think if PAUL showed back up on the bid, and it kept getting mystery ASK hits then you would have my personal ideal stock. A low float, low o/s, new issue, Chinese owned, that started trading at a reasonable price, and had PAUL and CSTI running it, and was at least somewhat liquid, does not have to be super liquid, but needs more than 5 trades a year....lol....to me that's my perfect storm of a ticker.

Whether or not this is it, its impossible to say yet, it just started trading....but....I like what I'm seeing thus far.
