I took it as a good thing, they don;t want this being promoted and pumped by penny stock players that causes a P&D effect that has little to do with the company or management but can make management and the company look bad by association.
Say this stock hit .25 then crashed back to .02 without management saying anything, it could make them look bad and make the stock look bad tainting it even when the company starts to come out with legit info.
So the company was saying, hey we have not put out any info while people are saying this is worth multi billion dollars and should be trading at $5 so they pumped the brakes stating that no info has been put out and the geo study is not even completed and will be out in October
