Means GEM seen we were having a good week. Decided to get in on that by cashing in 58mil shares for a penny and dumped them on the market from 70 on down to 30. Hope y’all enjoyed the ride. Gem only has 420,000,000 shares left they can dump if they so please

It was an exchange of shares for payment of a loan.

Now, I do believe there is going to be/has been ongoing share sales to fund the clinical trials, as the company has said in the interview referenced above and elsewhere. Not a surprise to anybody. It moves the business forward.
