I can't speak to how Argo thought about PT manipulating the drill data; Argo never issued any official statement about the Santa Elena project. I am sure they were not pleased that a (former) JV partner would do something so unprofessional.
Despite what some say, Argo dropped out of the JV with Mexus because the drill data sucked....and did not show any signs of a bulk minable orebody, which is what they were looking for. Why sink good money after bad?
