My eyes are open wide enough to clearly see that you haven't posted one fact that shows 'THE COMPANY' is the seller. Got anything yet?
Also, through my OTC years (started before joined iHub) I have never seen a company 'nail' a seller. Yes, they say they will investigate, but never heard a conclusion with proof.
