Buying on falling price isn’t losing value. Unless of course the falling price is due to behind the scenes dilution. Then you are losing value no matter what. Whether it be voting interest in a company or financial interest in turning a gain. No amount of DD is going to tell you when 100million+ shares gets dumped into the float.

Buying shares when a price is falling is called dollar cost averaging. (DCA) It's what prudent long term investors do that are expecting an FDA EUA.

On every .05 drop I add 10k shares.
That’s my set formula. OTC stocks are volatile. They NEVER go straight up. If you dont take advantage of the dips, it’s a big mistake.
Of course, you have to like the company and know nothing has changed
