To answer you question on how long it was that I had to wait to sell after the stock I purchased went to gray, was a few weeks from when it started trading again after the suspension. As long as RBII does not suffer any further consequences/penalties related to this, I think there is a chance of recovery of the pps eventually. It could still be a good investment, if the SEC doesn't come down any harder on them.
