If they filed a Plan of Operations, it would be public. So where is it? Post the link.

I am not saying they did or didn't, but if they did, it would be ridiculously easy to prove.

And, it would prove if their statements are factual or not (I would be on NOT), as the claims they are making about operations are impossible at this stage.
