Ridiculous assumption! It’s just semantics, not a conspiracy. Come on!

SCAM ALERT FOR POSSIBLE SCAM IS TRUE

I can imagine a CEO may possibly "imply " or " let the reader infer "

that they submitted an EUA application to the FDA

By using different but similar language.

I am an owner of shares. I am very very concerned, in my opinion
this activity destroys credibility and reputation

IF THE FDA SEES OR BELIEVES that they are implying they have applied for something that they have not - it may not be good.

"...it has provided its Top-line Report from its recently completed, randomized, double-blind, Phase 2 trial for COVID-19 patients with mild-to-moderate symptoms to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and requested emergency use approval."

provided its Top-line Report
requested emergency use approval

IF THEY APPLIED FOR EUA APPROVAL -
WHY NOT JUST SAY SO ?

IF THEY MADE EUA APPLICATION Why on earth give shorts ammunition to confuse the markets ??? By writing emergency use approval ???

If this is another PR Blunder, then that is really getting equally concerning.

So What Is It - did the company submit for EUA OR NOT ?

FDA can issue an EUA within hours or usually a week tops.

Hence the term "Emergency" noted.

Approx. a week and a half and mums the word from NP. My opinion supported by the August 17, 2020 press release- https://finance.yahoo.com/news/cytodyn-requests-covid-19-emergency-125739300.html

A Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for leronlimab was never submitted to the United States Food And Drug Administration (FDA).

Will attempt to see if the FDA can confirm the existence of a EUA application from CytoDyn Inc in their database.

Nah, Leronlimab is probably on the verge of attaining EUA. This drug will save many lives. There are many incredible Doctors such as Dr Bruce Patterson, Dr Drew and Dr Yo, etc. that love Leronlimab. Exciting times ahead for CYDY.

Dr. Patterson seems to have a very different opinion. Given his experience with Leronlimab, I would tend to believe him. Maybe I am wrong, can you please give us your medical credentials so we may understand exactly what we are dealing with here. I am always interested in qualified opinions. Thank you in advance. Best of luck to all.

lol...there are bigger red flags out here than this hilarious point about "approval" vs "authorization"

Clambottler
Appreciate your posts. Did we ever find out if they applied for an EUA? TIA
