Okay. I found that on the last filing WHICH AUTHORIZES A NEW REVERSE SPLIT OF 1:10.000.

Read the third paragraph on page 6.

The previous filing on the 14th of August, the Article of Correction, cancelled the PREVIOUS reverse split which was denied by FINRA.
