They filed the Plan of Operations and have said that they have already spoken with the forest service about the assessment work.

Per the BLM: Assessment work includes, but is not limited to, drilling, excavations, driving shafts and tunnels, sampling (geochemical or bulk), road construction on or for the benefit of the mining claim; and geological, geochemical, and geophysical surveys. https://www.blm.gov/programs/energy-and-minerals/mining-and-minerals/locatable-materials/annual-maintenance

The Company had a plan of operations approved previously. The forest service asked that this plan of operations be split into 2 phases with the expectation being that they would approve phase 1 quicker
