If I want to get funding when I need it, I cater to the people with the money to make it happen. In this case Maxim needs to be paid for all the work they appear to have accomplished successfully.

This is to say I see them uplisting prior to news, then they make their money on news following uplisting. I think that is why KBLB mentioned in the filing, post RS number of shares and corresponding share values. I think the language foreshadows how things are going to transpire.

As a shareholder, I want there to be news prior to any split to do exactly as you described. Also as a shareholder, I want the company to get money to expand and continue to be a "going concern."

I think the news would be better accepted after the uplist, if I am putting out the 10-24 Million $$$$....and telling people this company is going places, then showing the money behind me... exactly what that means.

It would surprise me to see news precede the uplist. All too often this is the way the finance world works.

If they were going to do this organically, they would be putting the news out without an uplist, and relying on eventual production.

I(figuratively) got the company where it is now, and folks like Maxim need to be there for us to go further. KBLB has to play by their rules, by being willing to demonstrate an understanding of what it takes.

In theory, I agree. All of those are possibilities.

My opinion is that there is no chance something like that is going to happen prior to uplist.
