My prediction on the run up

Was the SDRL in the running for a R/S at the time? I could see where the expectation of a R/S might cause it to run.

Per the Tutes I've heard if one looks at the fine print of the prospectus of a fund one can sometimes find rules they give to themselves. Such as PPS, exchange listing, etc. Or at least if not stated in the prospectus still have a risk manager with his/her internal rules to follow. I don't expect the Tutes to stay around. Then again, I thought they would already be long gone.
