I disagree its not "shaky" to state the obvious that OTC "could" be the route
Correct would have been to state: As the deadline approaches the company will take the appropriate action.
Anyone reading "Ben" would think the OTC route was almost certain. Making a certain SH who likes to sell covered Calls very happy! Maybe to the point of wanting to sell more! LOL
