WHAT!!...!!! have you guys never been audited and/or scrutinized by OHSA... etc... etc....

There is a good chance there will NOT be a PR immediately as they are completely tied up with the SEC... They are probably going to spend all day coughing up information and/or hiring legal help. My auditing experience had me entirely trapped in an office only able to go piss. And even then, there was an individual escorting me the 15ft to the bathroom until it was over... I am not sure that is the case here, but lets get real. They are not worried about a PR right now. Especially when PRs are what created the problem. PRs are not cheap and in the company I used to work, created a massive overhead from the constant need of PR to be reviewed by legal dept.... They obv dont have any legal person reviewing PRs....

and just for your guys information... this is not a treatment, a cure, a vaccine, an antibody, etc etc etc.... Disease treatments are the business of CDC... This is not something that would get CDC approved... they approve only tried and true solutions that have been around long-term.

It would be up to the EPA, FDA, UDSA, and a few others to approve and/or register this "new" product. EPA is the one of concern to us. Just because it is registered does not mean EPA has deemed it "safe/approved."

A 'production registration' is not the same as a 'product registration.' I can produce and distill alcohol or make H202 via a production reg... If it was for personal business use though, you would not do this... not unless you were wanting to SELL the produced product.

Product registration stipulates much more. like Compounds used, percent of each, method of production and/or process, etc. It is was makes the company adhere to the standards of the label, MSDS, Directions for safe use... etc etc etc.

The 'caveat emptor' statement doesn't shade them from anything IMO

I really hope Art has a legal label. It doesn't even have to be 100% accurate... look at GNC, most of that shit is completely mislabeled and/or just massively off on percentages... but hey... AT LEAST THE LABELS ARE LEGAL..

I am fearful the CC is now not going to happen. Even though it still should.
