That's the issue here, too many people have 100's of millions of shares, and that number has to be diluted. We got lucky this turd made it to. 0003 last week, that made the valuation way out of line for a company with no assets and no revenue. If it gets to. 0003 again I suggest you sell before the reverse split. My opinion only..
