He was not given confidential info. He put together a thesis that makes sense considering the divestiture of NETE, the time frame and details of their deal, the stepping down of CEO, the business model, and the quiet period about it all...but hopefully news soon.
In the meantime this is a $40m business in its own right with segment of the company growing 100% m to m. With an MCAP of $27M
