This proxy, in my opinion, will also include the divestiture information so their shareholders can vote on both issues as part of a whole transaction for the reverse merger with Mullen and combining their current business with Progressive Care. That’s why I’m thinking it’s this week that they will announce this last piece of information before they can send out the proxy to shareholders for the final rubber stamp approval.
