You are disregarding the fundamental changes that this move does for the company, which is the most important thing. The company will get more than $10 million in the bank. Enough to build out their operations until major revenues are generated.
That is easily worth the 8.9% dilution. Hell, we lost 6% today in the companies value. And about a week ago we gained 35%. These were both based seemingly on nothing.
This move, however, actually changes the fundamentals and DRASTICALLY increases the probability of Kraig Labs succeeding. That should increase the value.
