The offering is between 4.25 - 6.25 post split, which is equivalent to 0.10625 - 0.15625 before split.
This should, in my opinion, set a floor for the share price. If Maxim/investors are willing to buy 10-11.5 million dollars worth of shares at these prices, the rest of the market will usually be willing to pay more.
According to the price on the effective date, the ratio of the rs will be determined.

Probably not in a kind way. 1-40 split and they haven’t made a penny since 2018. Unless he has something up his sleeve I see this as a negative
