I'm not concerned about financing because they'll be able to go it alone with Aspire. Some don't like Aspire, but, it may be cheaper than giving a chunk away to partner.

Governments around the globe will want to buy Brilacidin if it shows success against Covid in clinical trial. They won't need a marketing dept.

IF, covid trials are successfull I'd expect FDA to move it to a ph4 while the company runs the ph3 simultaneously. A ph4 will allow the company to market Brilacidin while further testing is ongoing instead of waiting on it. I ever there is a scenerio that justifies a ph4, covid is it.
