Just push "sell" to preferreds. Wait for the trade to execute.
Then push "buy" to FNMA common. Poof, you have converted your preferreds to commons!!!!!

Oh, wait! You want someone to hand you a bucket of cash with each conversion! Sorry, you missed that one. You should have converted earlier, and got a better conversion rate, like I did.

Yes. To do that, you have to convert your name to Preferreds_Cancelled.
