I don't think having a share holder meeting will do anything for the share price.

Moreover, pink sheet companies are not obligated to hold shareholder meetings.

We need the OK deal to close, an update on the beverage investment and what ever other deals that maybe in the works.

All the above can be communicated through a factual PRESS RELEASE.

I'm sure that NEWS is coming soon IMO of course.
