Well it is a good thing than that this is not the same QMC.

The problem is what you keep citing as accomplishments are in truth nothing but claims, and QTMM's claims in the past have a pretty bad track record regarding the truth.

First differences: "QTMM claimed in 2009 they were going to start making QDSC in the next few months." QTMM is not making any claims QTMM will be making solar panels at any date. Amtron and Amtronic CC are. Even with al the delays and set backs,Shri Mahendra Kumar Yadava, Managing Director of AMTRON, April 4 2020, confirms the partnership retain actice, "So we have an advantage. We have teamed with people like Quantum Materials Corporation of the USA."

Second difference: "they always included a blurb that they expected to begin dot sales within the couple months. Fast forward almost 10 years and you have sold as many dots as QTMM has. Noticing a trend here??' QMC is not claiming selling any q dots in the India relationship, They stated they will sell two reactors to India, they sold two reactors to India Amtron confirmed having the two reactors. Shri Mahendra Kumar Yadava, Managing Director of AMTRON, April 4, 2020,"we already we have with us our two flow reactors lying with us in the Tech City."

Third: April 29, 2019 when QMC announced the "Industry’s First 100% Cadmium-Free 55 Inch Quantum Dot LCD Display with 95% Rec. if someone one told you that a year and half from now QMC will have on the market the QDX HealthID APP a product totally not related to its core business, developed with technology not yet obtain by QMC developed and marketed by a host of people not on their payroll. What would your answer be" to "What's more likely, that or the possibility it does not exist?"

Fourth, to answer your question. "What's more likely, that or the possibility it does not exist?" It is most likely QTMM has develop exactly what they said they develop, how many more stages it may need to go though to be ready for commercialization if ever is a totally different matter.

Fifth, "They have a partnership with a company in India that has had zero progress in 2 years." There may have been little progress on the actual construction of the site, but as explained by an email from Gaurav Dhwaj Jan 2019 "Currently we are tied up in meeting various time lines to meet the stringent deadlines, as the project has to sail through several regulatory regimes in India and USA. I have been informed that the management is confident to start commercial production in 2020." Then COVID, so to say zero progress has been done is not correct.

Six, I agree "You have to give Squires credit, he's gone through almost 20 years of no sales and still has people like you out there to spout his nonsense" 13 years, no reverse splits, constantly adapting looking for QTMM's niche in the market place, signing a partnership IF successful the partner bears all the cost even providing a R&D department.
