Thats the whole point, it is Sandy & Mike through St James Capital imo. If it is not, then what is the explanation of the slow sell off to .0002 bid? Is this really a slow shake or slow sell off from the converted CD shares? If it was due to the slow sell off of the CD shares, then Sandy & Mike have received their money back two fold. IOWs, CD was at .0002 and sell off primarily at .0004-.0003, they doubled their money.
To accomplish this, they diluted this stock from 2.5B O/S to 13.6B O/S. Then in a slight of hands trick, while they converted their note in BKMP common shares, they took out another loan for approx $1M. This $1M was used in a very small way to buy back about 600 million shares. This made the BKMP share holder think they were doing a great job. IOWs, they diluted (not PRd) to 13.6B with one hand and then bought (Prd) 600+M with the other.
Share holders for the most part, didn\'t know that the CD was completely unrelated to BKMP/TFN, it was allegedly a carry over from a 10000:1 split for over $2M.
So the $2M carry over CD was a burden to BKMP and the $1M note was a debt that could logically be used for what? THINK!!!
BKMP already bought into TFN for a 20% interest in January 2005. So is this new $1M debt to BKMP share holders being used to subsidize TFN employees? Hell BKMP doesn\'t even have a Web site, again what in the hell could that new $1M debt be used for? BKMP cannot be using that money to pay for TFN employees, or buying MMAWEEKLY, LAW, Fight Store, etc etc. All BKMP did was buy into The Fight Network (consumated January 2005).
Why did BKMP have to pay off a $2M debt, it was referenced as a carry over and what in the hell is this new $1M for. THINK!! Here BKMP sits stuffed to 13.6B O/S, an alleged pre-existing 20% interest in TFN 2005, another $1M debt from spring 2006. WBKMP already has their alleged 20% interest and cannot be using BKMP money to be paying for any TFN expenses in any shape way or form. THINK!!!!
