So I did some read it looks like anna (lower case on purpose) utilizes AI and facial recognition software to suggest products to repeat customers.

I can’t see this boding well for the majority of the customers to these sort of products. Not to mention the high threat of hacking.

American Green had a head start but dragged their feet and then flubbed at the finish line. So many other viable options for marijuana vending that American Green lost their chance to corner the market. What a shame, there was potential. But what do you expect from a company that switches business direction ten times in the past twenty years.
