think..and remember what caused the 1.75 and 1.31 sell off after June 4,2020......even though 99% of the people missed it,and was hidden in the filing,....TMDI could not exceed the offering price of 1.00 by 20% at the close of the offering.
This meant the share price had to be 1.20 or very close the next day or two upon closing the offering. It was at 1.21 day the offering closed.
That is the reason and no bs. Go read the filing it's still there.So,when this happened,it made the stock look like-sell the news and or pump and dump in many eyes..What took place at the same time was astute shorts that follow and were short on TMDI since the fall in Oct 2019 reshorted again when we peaked at 1.75
That is the whole undisputed truth and those same shorts today are still short from 1.75 imo...that is why we sit under 1.00 coupled with traders here selling the rise.....nothing has changed to worsen the TMDI stock last 60 days,except more selling by traders on rises,helping the shorts to suppress the stock.All is good. Don't be depressed.
