I've done my DD, as I've stated many times previously, I do not know who will be the merger here, but I believe it will be good no matter what and that is my opinion. Feel free to provide your own due diligence.
Just seeing Justin Costello and Richard Hawkins being involved in this gives me bad vibes. Imo these guys show extensive history of flipping shells and making money off the pump..... majority of prior companies were dissolved it seems. Hope everyone does their DD before making any trade decisions. Glta. I’d imagine SEC with catch up to Costello and Hawkins very soon
