CRNA CORRECT...MDT&TMDI can NOT,NOT set a buyout price..

for the upteenth time.Not like you selling your house YOU privately own to someone paying cash...TMDI does NOT own the company.Shareholders own the company and TMDI will be appraised by 3 independent investment bankers when the time comes,or they can do it AHEAD of time,prior to MDT making an offer,or announcing the BO offer amount.However,the appraisals have to be DONE,,,end of story.This keeps the conspiracy down in the 21st Century that someone could actually get paid under the table by the purchaser as to getting it under "fair market" value.....

Relax...Tic Toc...you will get 20 fold at least imo when the time comes..Perhaps more depending where the robotic market is and what actually is the finished platform......
