Marion Hmmmm So people are now starting to admit there are counterfeit CMKX shares! Now that is progress!

The SEC has already brought proceedings against at least one broker-dealer who was the source of much of the CMKX "counterfeit shares" that were sold.

Only one, NevWest. And it was the NASD who brought suit.
