The negativity would need to be coming from shareholders for a selloff to happen

For example look at MG-TI, another BC play... hit a peak and now is collapsing without developing higher lows... or new support levels.

$CCTL continues to develop higher levels of support... indicating strength and bullish continuation.

The only negativity on $CCTL is clearly coming from faux do-gooders who do not hold shares... aka... meaningless =)
