$1,750,000 Secured Promissory Note.
On December 8, 2011, the Company issued 400,000,000 post-split shares of its common stock to
Flash Funding, Inc. in satisfaction of $8,000 of the $1,750,000 Secured Promissory Note.
That is 1,500,000,000 shares. I have heard. There is 1.469 Billion ENTI with paper. There are also 31-32 Million J105 shares with cert attached.
Simple Math: of a paper slap gets you to 236 Million
There is also a 3.51 Billion Venture - 1.469 Billion = 2.041 Billion and then Divvy's of about 400 million for IYP = 2.441 Billion. There were ENTI control shares in the 2.4-2.5 Billion count. Mr P took recevership of those at PTEL and the PTEL did a 3.51 Billion spin-off Blue Bull Venture B.V. Inc.
