Someone spent a lot of cash completing all the filings to bring us current.

Spent cash on what? Each one of the posted quarterly financial reports is nearly identical to the previous one! It's not rocket science to fill in the blanks and post mirror-image financial statements that show SPRV has had NO BUSINESS, NO REVENUE, NO EXPENSES, AND NO ASSETS for the last 2 1/2 years!

How tough and time-consuming is it to leave a line blank? Virtually every financial line item, excepting DEBT or PAYABLES is blank! I could do all of the posted reports in a day, max two!
