No, not all cases are brought by JPS litigants and, perhaps most significant, one of the 3 plaintiffs in Collins before the Supreme Court specifically seeks the termination of Amendment 3/ the NWS. That plaintiff ONLY holds common shares. There are others, as well such as Cacciapelle.
