1) Financials getting current and announced via PR/8K. SHARE PRICE JUMPS TO: 2 - 3 CENTS
2) JV with FINCANN closed and signed, and announced via PR/8K SHARE PRICE JUMPS TO: 25 - 50 CENTS
3) Other mergers and acquisitions under INQD umbrella, and announced via PR/8K SHARE PRICE JUMPS TO: OVER 50 CENTS

Please remember 2) is the biggest catalyst to get this party started bigtime. 2) has to happen before 3) will happen and be announced via PR/8K
