The reverse split should not be a surprise to anyone, Barron is the king of screwing shareholders, by dumping shares for his personal gain only then reverse splitting, this latest scheme is just in line with all his others. Resign as CEO, make sure a good pump and dump gets going immediately following. Dump billion or two shares onto the backs of longs, then when dump is almost complete do a HUGE reverse split to eliminate any peep that might be holding any hope of making any profit.
Oh yah, then start the dilution all over again.... they have been doing this exact same think for YEARS....
