It is the only thing that makes any sense.

We are the only fast tracked therapeutic.

We are the only ones to publish papers with bamazing results on compassionate use.

The DMC has probably already met on the first 102 people enrolled in the phase 2 and there should be some amazing results out there.

The ethics committee should be demanding use in the placebo group IMO.
