We can reduce it down to 18 million from the filings, just as Yahoo did, add 4 million from the share count increase, subtract 4.5 million from the filing, and get 17.5 million float about as absolutely maximum. If and when we see more insiders or 5% holders file, we can adjust that number but use it as a worst case scenario number for now IMO.
