I think it's an awesome, economical plan. Best yet, they have a blue print. They know what they did right and wrong.

Better to make the mistake in Germany than the USA, and better to duplicate what they know worked.

Moreover, it seems as if their timeline is less than 90 days. So hopefully they've already identified accretive targets that will work.

That's part of why I added this week.
