I took the time to look at the 10K closer.

There are some positive points; if he commences operations at the RI facility I think SNPW will survive.

But in the filing it mentions that the RS could happen WITHOUT WARNING.

This is very important.

And if he does this it will mean many of us, myself included, will cut our losses and leave. I can always recoup come tax time.

But if the RS does not occur...

I firmly believe that the stock will rally and hard.

It's in SNPW's hands now...
