Or maybe they weren't - there have been several "private equity financings" 8K'd - was this guy one of those? I don't know.

Shares were trading over 100% higher during that timeframe. If Anshu is being anywhere near honest and that wasn't White Lion selling/shorting/dumping last week, then possibly this guy.

Who knows.

Maybe we'll see a filing to fill us in.

I'm still waiting for a response to my email to the TA who hasn't updated share-structure since White Lion filed to sell 600 million shares 2 weeks ago.
