I believe exactly what you laid out here to be correct. IMO if the tech was good this would have been scooped up. It's a penny, with total company valuation under $30 million it's apparent to me there is very little interest in this. IND submission or not, my opinion is unlikely to change. IND acceptance is another story. Think it's incredibly unlikely though.

All the thoughts of up listing and big $$ buyouts are fantasy.

I don’t think kw can think one step ahead. My personal opinion is we don’t have a partner and we don’t have enough money to go it alone. That’s why he hasn’t submitted ind and he doesn’t want to tell us.

I agree 1&2 are correct but dont worry IR willing send you an email and you will be back on board as so many times before.....year's ago before kenny DR Ryan knew ciab didn't work and was bought out and silenced with a big pay out

I think one of three things is going on here:

I vote for the combo package:

1. Agree.

2. Agree.

3. Partial agree - even if the tech was worthwhile which it isn't (ref 2), Kenny is winging it.
