That isn't correct on many levels as PM pointed out there would be a redirect - the company would announce a new website.

It is a very poor look for a public company’s website to state the account has been suspended.

It is very odd the account is suspended at the time when LRDG was suspended.

Yes... I have pointed this out several times and each time I am dismissed by the de facto "experts" and influencers on this board.

I have worked as an IT professional for 25 years and I run my own business specializing in mergers and acquisitions.

Having your website unreachable due to technical difficulties is one thing. Abandoning it or having it suspended for what is likely non-payment is completely different.

Best practice would be a redirect to phzio.com...
