Nah. It just means that wOGI cancelled the R/S in one of the filings and a Florida SOS employee filed the other - a Registered Agent Change - in the wrong corporation's history.

And as usual, none of these pink stock thieves bother to check the filings later online to make sure they were done and recorded correctly.

And that is because, if they were competent at anything, they would have real jobs.
