Yeah parshooter...that great news came out mid afternoon friday....but the company hasnt even officially PRd it yet, so only those that follow them on twitter or their website saw this....so I expect they will do a more formal PR on Monday that will hit all of the wires, and we will have many more eyes on this...Plus we have at least 2 more acquisitions and whatever deal they do with USR Drilling as well...we are golden going forward

Anyone care to share their thoughts on what the impact of this buyback will be on the share price? Company is buying back McCabe’s shares and replacing them with the newly issued preferred. It does significantly reduce the number of outstanding shares though which should increase the price on the remaining shares.
