This is nothing new, this company has been playing a stall gome for 4 months now. If it's not the lawyers it's something else.

The lawyers know the history of the company and won't let them release anything until it is set in stone. Airys and HOG can see how far they are in these deals. Is this impossible?

It's by no means impossible, but it certainly would be inadvisable. Are you familiar with the concept of insider information? Have you heard of Regulation Full Disclosure?
