Something might be up. I would think it might be positive because why would Debra Swain, Ontario Inc who owned 55.3% of the O/S prior to this increase, clearly voted in favor of this. Her and Marsha Collins, owner of 100% of the preferred. Just seems to me that if it wasn't positive for them, they would have blocked it considering they control the stock.
